Hi,
The usual reasons for error 1603 are:
•You are attempting to install to an encrypted folder.
•The drive on which the folder to which you are attempting to install is located or accessed as a substitute drive on the system.
•If the SYSTEM business relationship does non accept Full Command permissions on the folder to which you are installing the package, the mistake message volition be displayed.
Check and run into if any of these reasons will help with your issue.
Otherwise, please provide the name of the program and if y'all take checked if it is compatible with Windows vii.
